If you ordered an upgraded account:
Please email payments@soundkast.com your user ID and we will reply with your upgraded account credentials.
If you ordered our Radio Submission Service:
1. Your user ID (email address you are registered with us at).
2. Your track you wish to Submit. Include your ISRC# and UPC please.
3. Attach your .wav track for radio encoding along with Genre, Artist name, Song Name.
4. Your payment transaction ID (you can find it in your paypal account).
Radio Submissions are done once a week on Friday. We will email you confirmation when your song is submitted.
Radio play reports are updated on the following Friday and thereafter.
There are no refunds once the track is submitted or due to user error, so please double check everything before emailing us with your track.
Make sure you register your song at: BMI or Song Trust in order to receive Radio and mechanical song royalties (we recommend Song Trust) : https://www.songtrust.com/
If you ordered our DJ Submission Service:
1. Your user ID (email address you are registered with us at).

We will submit your song to three major worldwide DJ pools. This service is generally great for specific genres such as EDM, Electronic, House and Hip Hop. Our service will generally get you public plays in clubs worldwide, restaurants and bars, youtube mashups and mixes etc.
Some radio station curators pull songs from these pools, but if you want a directly targeted method please try our Radio Submission service. Get valuable feedback from DJ’s in over 150 countries around the world and start growing your global fan base.
If you ordered our Playlist Submission Service:

2. Your track you wish to Submit. Include your ISRC# and UPC please.

1. Your social media account you wish to market. You may chose from (Instagram, Facebook fan page, Youtube or Spotify). Please send us the link to the account you wish to perform marketing services for.
2. Your track, account or post you wish to promote. Include your ISRC# and UPC please.
3. Attach your .wav track along with Genre, Artist name, Song Name.
4. Your payment transaction ID (you can find it in your paypal account).

5. For each track a brief description what you are looking for. We use FL Studio for all production. If you want auto tuning, chops etc. Please describe in detail what you would like us to do.
